Another Oops! But Still Joyful!

Sorry I haven’t been around for awhile. It seems I had another mini stroke. And I spent another month in rehab. At least we believe we found out why this keeps happening. I was having atrial fibrillation while in the hospital. My primary care physician said that could be the cause of all this, because it has been known to bring on strokes.

Thanks to all the people who helped me in rehab. Here I am having physical and occupational therapy. I also had speech therapy.
Now I have a walker and I am home for Christmas!

And I am full of joy for that little baby who grew to be my Savior, who is Christ the Lord!

What are you joyful for this Christmas season?

A Pocketful of Joy to Fill Your Day!

  1. I’m so sorry to hear of this Betty. 😦
I hope your doctors will be able to resolve your Afib quickly to prevent any more events. I had Afib for several years. It was resolved with an ablation. My Dad also has Afib and it’s been resolved with an ablation and a pacemaker. So, there are many options. Be sure to get into a good heart specialist as soon as possible if you haven’t already.
I’m so glad you are home for Christmas! Two years ago my daughter was in the hospital on Christmas Day (day 58 inpatient of 65) which was so depressing. I am joyful this Christmas that we are all well and together, and I am joyful to have the gospel of Jesus Christ!
    Merry Christmas! ♡

    1. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the most important thing! Everything else is just fluff! Yes, I have a great heart doctor. I’ll be seeing him soon! As for being home, I’m ecstatic!
And a Very Merry Christmas to you, too ! ❤
