Healthy vegan dinner! I cooked oil-free hash browns in my waffle iron, made a delicious tossed salad, and had watermelon juice from Trader Joe’s.
I feel lighter already! Lol! But seriously, I love eating this way. My brain works better, my body moves better, my spirit feels better. Not to mention how it turned my health around.
Now I just have to recover from the blown out knee and broken wrist I acquired during my trip to Denver.
