No added oil dinner

Hubby made us some mashed potatoes with cauliflower, with soy milk, because he wanted to try it to see how good it was. He also cooked Brussels sprouts in the pressure cooker. And we had a vegan cheese sauce I made from a recipe in Jill McKeever’s OMG Good instant pot cookbook.

Delish! And oh so healthy!
