Tonight we were invited to a dear friend’s home, where she made a delicious Italian bean, barley and spinach soup, and she made it vegan especially for us! We had it with fresh Italian bread and vegan butter.

Did I say that she’s Italian? We had a delightful time. And the food was so healthy (except for the butter, of course, but a little every now and then can’t be too bad, can it?)

Good food, good friends…the perfect recipe for health!
