Today I want to share with you two resources that help me with my plant-based lifestyle.
The first is this book. Studying it shows why a plant-based diet is the healthiest one for humans. This study took 20+ years and changed Dr. Campbell from an omnivore who grew up on a farm to one of the plant-based movement’s biggest supporters.
This book teaches the whys. Why do I crave certain foods? Why am I driven to eat things I know aren’t good for me?
It not only answers these questions, but teaches how to avoid these pleasure traps and begin a healthy way of life.
I cannot recommend these books highly enough! And if you are a more visual person, I suggest you watch the documentary, Forks Over Knives. Best decision hubby and I ever made concerning our health.
