What’s for dinner? Sushi bowl! Chock full of veggies…romaine lettuce, jasmine rice, roasted red bell peppers and onions, carrots, Persian cucumbers, mushrooms, tofu, and avocado. Not shown, pickled ginger and nori snacks. Had a sprinkle of white and black sesame seeds and served with tamari. Completely oil free and so delicious! I could only eat about half (as usual). But that’s ok. I have some for later.
