Today’s dinner was this delicious tofu stirfry that hubby made for us, complete with peppers, onion and tomatoes, and seasoned with garlic and onion powder. Completely oil free and healthy.
I’m also trying to get a little walking in every day, as well. Considering I was out of commission for the better part of 6 months and probably getting less than 500 steps a day, I figure for the first little while, anyway, anything more than 1000 a day is good. I’ll try to up my count each week, but my baseline is 1000. So far today I have over 1300 steps. Yay me!
I even accessed an accountability partner to help keep me on track. She’s been great! My goals are to walk, write, and study my scriptures daily. With rampant ADHD, it’s been hard for me to stay focused enough to stay the course. So, thanks, Lisa!
