I’m walking again! Without my canes! I’m healing in record time. The doctor said it would be 6 weeks, but it’s only been 4, and I’ve been walking for 4 days now!
I credit my lifestyle. I eat whole foods plant based, and I walk. Working my way back to 10,000 steps. Yesterday I took 2500 steps. I’m being very careful, but I’m moving! Loving my life!
The salad is what I ate for lunch. Breakfast was a baked potato with a plant based cheese sauce made with potatoes, carrots and nutritional yeast. No salt, oil or sugar. And with it I had bok choy. I think it’s my favorite green. We’re having grilled eggplant, Portobello mushrooms and tofu sandwiches for dinner.
