Breakfast today was a simple baked potato. I never have much of an appetite in the morning. This is plenty for me and easy on my stomach.
I missed my other posts this week, as I reinjured my back. I see the neurosurgeon today.
Sometimes even adopting a healthy lifestyle doesn’t negate all the damage done in one’s prior life. I’ll keep you posted as soon as I know more.
