A simple dinner…jackfruit no-crab cakes, a baked potato, and collard greens. I put Frank’s RedHot on mine! Delish!

Still struggling with my back. No answes yet. At least I have good vegan food to eat and a wonderful hubby who prepares it!

    1. Thanks. In itself, young green jackfruit in brine doesn’t have much flavor. You add the seasoning to make it taste how you like. Put it in barbecue sauce and it’s just like pulled pork. The ripe fruit tastes like juicyfruit gum, from which the gum gets its flavor.
