Breakfast was a baked potato, steamed broccoli and no-oil, no-cheese sauce. Lunch was a veggie sandwich, with romaine, spinach, tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, red onions, and salt and pepper.
Dinner was this delicious red lentil curry and noodles. Hearty, healthy, vegan!
