Wellness Wednesday, February 13, 2019

This has been a good eating day. Breakfast was roasted potatoes with steamed bok choy and the no-oil, no-cheese sauce I’ve shared in previous posts. Lunch was toast with spicy hummus and avocado.

Dinner was this delicious bean and barley soup made with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and broccoli, and Italian seasoning. Yum! I would have had it with Frank’s RedHot, but I forgot. Good thing there’s leftovers!
