Breakfast was just avocado toast. I’ve posted pictures of that before. But lunch was this!

It’s split-pea soup with onions, potatoes and carrots. Vegan, of course! Delish! And dinner is this!

Baked potato with broccoli and more of my fat-free vegan no-cheese sauce. My favorite!
