Sometimes dinner is a big fail, so you have to settle for drive thru at Taco Bell. These are simply bean burritos without the cheese and added black beans and potatoes. Not the healthiest, but they’re vegan, and beans are healthy, right?

And I’m still walking. I’ll get at least 1000 more steps before the night’s over. I’m moving every hour. Not bad for the shape I was in a year ago!
