Hubby and I have started walking in our neighborhood. We don’t go far, but at least we get out in the beautiful Colorado sunshine!
Not much, but these are my steps for the day. Being part of the high risk demographic, I’ve had to stay home and I have since St. Patrick’s Day. So evey little bit helps.
Dinner was something we haven’t done since before we left Florida in January. A Subway veggie delight sub without the cheese and with guac. Mine had lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, olives, onions and pepperencino slices and salt and pepper on the 9 grain wheat bread. It was as delicious as I remember, and helps to support the local economy, even if it’s only by a small amount.
