I forgot to take pics until dinner, but for breakfast I had a potato with 1 cup of steamed broccoli and a no-cheese sauce with 1 cup blackberries.

Lunch was a leftover pasta casserole made with mixed veggies, chickpeas, and a cashew cream sauce.

Dinner is this beautifully beige dinner. Baked beans, homemade coleslaw, and a pulled no-chicken sandwich, and a tangerine. Pretty good.
