Tonight’s dinner. I almost forgot to take a picture. The empty spot was once filled with collard greens. Also pictured is French-cut green beans and macaroni and cheese featuring my own no oil added homemade no cheese sauce. It made 15 cups! Good thing the sauce freezes well. But I put it on everything. It’s already half gone and I just made it Saturday. It keeps up to at least a week in the refrigerator, too. Sooooo tasty! If anyone wants my recipe, just ask.

  1. Annie’s organic mac ‘n cheese is my go-to if I am in a hurry….or just lazy. Is that something you can have? I like to add green peas to my mac & cheese. Mmmm-mm!

    1. I can have the vegan kind only. But I’m trying to make things more whole food plant based and less processed. I love peas in my mac & cheese, but hubby doesn’t like them. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the green beans and collards were with this
