It’s time to get back to my roots. I started this blog to try to bring a little sunshine into the lives of my readers, to give back a little of what has given me hope over the past 30 plus years since the death of my younger son.
My mental health has suffered a lot, especially since the death of my older son 4 years later compounding my depression and feelings of hopelessness.
Wellness Wednesday began as a means to show that eating plants can really improve one’s health, both physically and mentally. That was a great start.
I am going to try to post more often, about my faith, my food, and fun things I do to help me keep my balance, and perhaps continue to offer a pocketful of joy. I haven’t figured out a schedule yet, but stay tuned. More to come!
