It’s been a ride! But hopefully I can get back to posting what I eat vegan to try to stay healthy. Not everything is perfect, but I keep trying.
I’m trying to have more protein in the morning. This is the only protein shake I like. And it’s pretty good. I start the day with it and I’m good to go til lunch. I’m not much of a breakfast eater anyway, unless it’s brunch.
I love potatoes. A simple lunch with Chick-fil-a Polynesian sauce I found at my local Detwiler’s. It’s a Mennonite grocery store here in the Sarasota area.
I forgot to take a picture before I began to eat this Impossible Whopper. Only has lettuce and ketchup. We had to go grocery shopping and we were hungry. But I can still not eat a whole one. Hubby always finishes mine.
