2014 in review – your joy is my joy

I am surprised that this is here, that I found this in my email, that my stats were noticeable enough for WordPress to prompt me to say something about them. I thought one would have to be blogging for at least a year in order to get one’s name up in lights, so to speak.

Well, I have only two things to say about this.

First, a huge thank you to everyone who made my blog what it is. I couldn’t have done it without your visits, likes and comments. And, after all, you are who I am writing this for.

The second thing I have to say is this: COOL!

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 1,800 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 30 trips to carry that many people.
